Katharina Wittig
Katharina Wittig is an intercultural trainer and coach with over 15 years of experience in supporting international students and professionals in Germany.
She works at the International Office of Hochschule Bremen, where she guides exchange students through their academic and cultural transition, and she also develops onboarding programs through the Inside Culture Academy.
Born in Poland and raised in Germany, Katharina brings both personal and professional insight to the challenges of adapting to a new country. She has lived in England, speaks multiple languages, and is passionate about creating practical and empathetic tools to support integration – from cultural soft skills to career readiness.
Her focus lies in helping people understand cultural expectations, communicate with confidence, and navigate the “in-between” moments of starting a new life abroad.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, bouldering, and discovering new perspectives through everyday encounters.
